Job Title: Sales & Marketing Intern

Location: Trinity Towers, AJC Bose Road, Kolkata

Entity: Ashika Stock Services Ltd.

Internship Duration: 3 months

Stipend: ₹ 5,000 per month

Role Responsibilities

• Pitch our partner program to potential applicants, explain its benefits, and coordinate follow-ups and meetings with interested candidates.
• Support business development by identifying and generating leads for financial events, seminars, and networking opportunities
• Research and track relevant industry events where the company can participate or represent
• Leverage social media platforms to identify trends, engage audiences, and support employer branding initiatives
• Maintain candidate and lead databases in an organized manner
• Coordinate within the team for ad hoc support required by sales team and related activities

Role Requirements:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Interest in sales, business development, and client interaction
• Active on social media with good knowledge of current trends
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools and platforms
• Proactive, confident, and eager to learn

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Prior internship or experience in sales/business development is a plus
