Sales and Marketing Engineer - Biomedical

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Engineer (Biomedical) to grow our sales network and manage client relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell medical devices and healthcare equipment to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and biomedical departments

• Identify new customers and develop long-term relationships

• Meet doctors, hospital administrators, procurement teams, and biomedical engineers

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products

• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales orders

• Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features

• Follow up on enquiries, orders, and payments

• Coordinate with suppliers for product availability and delivery

• Support hospital projects and new hospital setup requirements

• Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events

• Maintain records of customers, enquiries, and sales activities

• Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Confidence in meeting clients and presenting products

• Ability to build trust with doctors and hospital staff

• Basic technical understanding of medical equipment

• Self-motivated and target-oriented

• Willingness to travel

Preferred Qualifications:

• B.Tech / BE in Biomedical Engineering

• B.Sc / M.Sc Biomedical / Life Sciences

• MBA (Marketing) is an added advantage

• Experience in medical device sales preferred
