Job Description
We’re Hiring: Sales & Business Development Executive
📍 Ahmedabad | Full-Time
Aaroha Spaces is a growing modular kitchen, wardrobe, and storage solutions brand with our own manufacturing unit in Rajkot. We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales & Business Development Executive who can actively generate business, build industry relationships, and convert leads into projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle showroom walk-ins and customer inquiries
* Generate new business through market visits and client meetings
* Connect with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors in Ahmedabad
* Make outbound calls to interior firms and prospects to schedule appointments
* Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships
* Coordinate with the design and operations team for smooth project execution
* Achieve monthly sales and business development targets
Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Comfortable with field visits and client meetings
* Confidence in cold calling and lead generation
* Experience in interiors, modular furniture, kitchens, or home solutions preferred
* Self-driven, target-oriented, and professional attitude
