We are looking for ambitious, self-driven, and customer-focused Sales Advisors to join our growing remote sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, relationship building, and helping customers make informed decisions while maximizing their earning potential.


As a Sales Advisor, you will engage with qualified leads, understand customer needs, explain our services, address objections, and close sales through phone calls, video meetings, and digital communication channels.


This is a 100% commission-based remote opportunity designed for high-performing sales professionals who are motivated by performance-based rewards and unlimited earning potential.


Location: Remote – India

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST (Monday to Saturday)

Compensation: 100% Performance-Based Commission

On-Target Earnings (OTE): ₹48,000 – ₹72,000 per month

Top Performers: ₹1,00,000+ per month


Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and follow up with qualified leads generated through marketing campaigns.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Conduct sales consultations through phone calls.
  • Present service benefits and confidently handle customer objections.
  • Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
  • Follow up with prospective customers to maximize conversions.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently.
  • Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Compensation Structure


This is a 100% commission-based role with no fixed salary.


On-Target Earnings (OTE): ₹48,000 – ₹72,000 per month

Top performers consistently earn ₹1,00,000+ per month

Unlimited earning potential based entirely on your sales performance.

The more customers you help, the higher your monthly income.

Work Environment

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST, Monday to Saturday. Candidates are expected to be available during these hours to attend team meetings, engage with prospective customers, follow up on leads, and achieve daily sales targets. Regular attendance, professionalism, and consistent performance are essential for success in this role.
