Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Executive, based in Coimbatore. The responsibilities of this role include developing and implementing market strategies, conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, driving sales initiatives, and managing customer relationships. The role also involves regular communication with clients, presenting proposals, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop campaigns that achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to identify opportunities and strategies that drive business growth
- Strong Communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively and build lasting client relationships
- Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Marketing, with a focus on achieving revenue and customer satisfaction goals
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently in an on-site setting
- Experience in using marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in a sales or marketing role, especially in consumer products or a similar industry, is beneficial
