Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Tamil Nadu, India. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and developing strategies to enhance brand presence. Daily responsibilities include identifying potential clients, pitching product offerings, achieving sales targets, and building long-term client relationships. The Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, provide actionable insights to improve business outcomes, and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven skills in Shopify Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management Marketing Strategy and Market Research expertise Team Leadership and Communication skills Problem-solving, Decision-Making, and Organizational skills Ability to set and meet sales targets independently and collaboratively Proficiency in business tools and CRM platforms is a must ! Prior experience in garment or fashion retail sales is a plus Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
