Job Description

As an experienced Lead Solution Advisor you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements. Work you?ll do: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and document business and functional requirements related to IAM and SailPoint IIQ/ Identity Security Cloud. Configuring and customizing SailPoint components, including workflows, rules, policies, and connectors, to meet specific business requirements. Integrating SailPoint with various enterprise systems, such as Active Directory, databases, cloud applications, and HR systems. Onboarding new applications into SailPoint, including configuring connectors and defining SOD policies. Implementing and managing role-based access control (RBAC), access requests, and certification campaigns. Identifying and resolving issues related to SailPoint configurations, integrations, and workflows. Ensuring that the SailPoint IIQ/ Identity Security Cloud implementation adheres to security policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design documents, configuration guides, and user manuals. The Cyber Identity team delivers services to clients through following key areas of IAM: IAM Strategy and Road Map Enterprise Application Onboarding User Lifecycle Management Compliance Management Password Management Automated Provisioning Roles Based Access Control (RBAC) ITSM tools Integration Advanced Authentication Methods Privileged Access Management The Cyber Identity team aims to provide thought leadership to organizations to help them create a seamless user experience for business users while protecting enterprise assets and applications and enabling efficient and optimized use of technology in the IAM domain. Qualifications: Must have skills/ Project experience/ Certifications: Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation of SailPoint IdentityIQ/ Identity Security Cloud including Application Onboarding, Lifecycle Events, Access Certifications, Reports, Roles, Workflows, Rules etc. Real time project experience on client engagements within Identity and Access Management domain across clients based out of US or other geographies globally. Understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts such as Provisioning, Lifecycle Management, Access Certifications, Segregation of Duties (SOD) Policies, Password Management. Experience working on at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C++ etc. Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes. Experience in creating test scripts, test plan and conduct and/or supervise unit testing, QA testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, smoke testing etc. Good to have skills/ Project experience/ Certifications: Understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts beyond IGA such as Single Sign-on (SSO), Multi Factor Authentication (MFA), Federated Access, Privileged Access Management (PAM) Experience working with platforms such as Active Directory, Mainframe (RACF, ACF2, TopSecret etc.), Databases such as Oracle, MySQL, MSSQL, DB2, PostgreSQL etc. Experience working with enterprise applications such as Workday, Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP, Salesforce etc. Experience working with REST/SOAP based webservices and/or SCIM/SCIM 2.0 Experience with participating and leading requirements gathering activities. Experience in creating documentation such as architecture diagrams, user journeys, application design documents etc. Certifications: CISSP, PMP, SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Associate, SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer Education: BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university Location: Bengaluru/ Hyderabad/ Pune/ Kolkata/ Chennai
