Job Description

Safety Manager – PMC Project

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 10–15 Years

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
Diploma/Degree in Industrial Safety with NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent certification.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and monitor HSE systems across the project.
Conduct safety inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
Review Method Statements (MS), JHA, and PTW.
Ensure contractor compliance with HSE standards and statutory regulations.
Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and emergency drills.
Maintain HSE documentation and reporting.

Preferred Experience

Experience in PMC/Construction Supervision projects.
Hands-on experience in commercial buildings, high-rise developments, or infrastructure projects such as metro, highways, airports, railways, bridges, or industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, ISO 45001, and construction safety practices.
