We?re Hiring Job Title: Rust Developer Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Experience: 5+ years (with strong Rust experience) Employment Type: Full-Time CTC: Up to ?30 LPA Are you passionate about building high-performance, scalable, and secure systems using Rust? We?re looking for an experienced Rust Developer to join our innovative technology team in Jaipur ? working on cutting-edge solutions across system programming, microservices, blockchain, and cloud-native architectures. What You?ll Do Design, develop, and maintain Rust-based applications using Actix Web and Substrate Architect microservices-based solutions (CQRS, SAGA, Circuit Breaker, API Gateway) Contribute to blockchain & DeFi integrations ? Aave, Polygon, Solidity smart contracts Build robust backends integrating multiple languages (Rust, Java, C++, JS) Optimize messaging pipelines with Kafka and caching using Redis Manage databases ? SQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, ScyllaDB, IPFS Deploy and manage systems via Docker & Kubernetes Collaborate in Agile teams with Git-based CI/CD workflows Ensure performance optimization and code quality What We?re Looking For 5+ years in software development (4+ years in Rust) Hands-on experience with microservices & distributed systems Proficiency in Rust, Java, C++, JavaScript, and Solidity Familiarity with blockchain/DeFi protocols (Aave, Polygon) Strong experience with Kafka, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git Expertise in frameworks like Actix Web, Substrate, and Spring Boot Solid knowledge of Linux/Windows environments Bonus Points Experience with AWS / GCP / Azure Exposure to financial services, blockchain, or DeFi Familiarity with DevOps & CI/CD pipelines If you?re ready to code the future in Rust and work on advanced blockchain-driven systems, we?d love to hear from you!
