Rural Associate

As a Rural associate at Wings you will be responsible to handle 200-250 farmer at a panchayat level of the district assigned. The ideal candidate for this position will help us expand in a new panchayat of our working area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct primary survey of the goat customer in the assigned panchayat
• Present the Product and services of the organization in front of the customer
• Provide service to the goat farmer in his home as and when required
• Conduct group meeting with farmer and prospective customer to explain about the benefit of the product and services
• Maintain record of the activity and share it with seniors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 0 - 1 year professional working experience
• Should have a vehicle for communication
• Should be willing to work in rural environment.
• Should have working knowledge about goat farming or Development sector.

This is an onrole job with all the facilities to grow in his career. Salary will be as per market standard. Job location will be Jharkhand, Bihar and Odissa. District will be assigned as per requirement.
