JD:- Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer (Ruby & PHP) Experience Level: 7?8 Years Shift Timing: EU Shift (Afternoon to Evening IST) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced and versatile Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in both Ruby on Rails and PHP (Laravel). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of backend development, database design, and cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS services. This role requires working in the EU shift and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails and PHP (Laravel). Build and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services. Work with relational databases including PostgreSQL and MySQL for data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning. Integrate and manage AWS services such as S3, API Gateway, and SDKs in both PHP and Ruby. Participate in system architecture design and contribute to technical decision-making. Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration. Automate deployment processes and manage CI/CD pipelines. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 7?8 years of professional experience in software development. Strong proficiency in Ruby and Ruby on Rails. Solid experience with PHP and Laravel framework.
