Role: Ruby on Rails Developer Location: Chennai - Hybrid 3 Days work from Office Must Experience: 4-8 Years Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant hands-on experience in software development with significant focus on RoR Skills & Competencies: Must Have: Ruby on Rails: Extensive experience with Ruby on Rails and common libraries such as RSpec and Resque. JavaScript: Proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with frameworks like AngularJS or ReactJS. Linux: Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems, including system administration and shell scripting. Docker: Experience with Docker for containerization and orchestration of applications. Version Control: Proficiency with version control tools such as Git. Front-End Technologies: Basic understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
