Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on Ruby on Rails experience ?with strong knowledge of? Ruby OOP concepts . Proficient in? RESTful API development ,? SQL/Postgres , and? database design . Must have experience integrating? Payment Gateways ?and working with? modern web architecture . Familiarity with? AWS/Cloud Front ?is a plus. Good understanding of? Omni AUTH ,? Capistrano (or similar deployment tools) , and application security best practices. Experience with? testing & debugging ?(Unit Testing, bug fixing, improving security). Exposure to common RoR libraries and tools like? Rspec, Resque, Sidekiq, Redis, Swagger, Action Cable , and? SMS/Email services . Strong knowledge of? Git/Bitbucket ?for version control. Ability to design and implement new features, handle projects independently, and collaborate effectively with teams. Bonus: Knowledge of? CI/CD pipelines ?and best practices for scalable deployments. Excellent? communication and project management skills . What Will You Do?
