Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Ruby on Rails Developer, located in Delhi, India. The Ruby on Rails Developer will be responsible for back-end web development, front-end development, object-oriented programming, and test-driven development. These tasks include but aren't limited to writing, testing, and maintaining the codebase, participating in code reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Front-End Development
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture
• Experience with Test Driven Development
• Skills with Ruby on Rails
• Fluency in database architecture and design
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies and Git
• Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on consistency and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Requirements

• 2+ years overall experience on Ruby & Rails
• Strong programming skills (Ruby, Java, Python preferred)
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON & relational databases
• Cloud exposure (GCP preferred)
• Experience in AI/ML domain
• Knowledge of React, Kafka, Elixir
• Understanding of system design, data structures & algorithms
• Strong analytical, debugging & leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
