Job Description
Experience:5 plus years Develop and test automation workflows. Deploy RPA components including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories and logging tools. Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions. Create process and end-user documentation. Assure the quality of the automation (QA processes). Work with RPA tech lead and project manager to understand the task correctly and deliver with zero defects Atleast 5+ years hands on experience in RPA tools and cognitive platforms like UiPath. Experience in any of the programming languages like C/C++, Python, VB Script, Powershell. Basic programming knowledge in HTML, JavaScript (or any scripting language). Ability to read and understand technical specification documents for RPA Projects. Experience developing and consuming APIs. UiPath RPA Developer certifications preferred but not required. Experience in Agile development methodology. Experience in Databases (SQL or NoSQL) preferred. Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills. Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to take initiative without always being directed. Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, or equivalent, including exception handling, debugging, console management, and version control. Strong experience in data operations, including Excel automation, database interaction (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL), and API-based data exchange. Hands-on programming skills in at least one general-purpose language such as C#, Python, JavaScript, or a scripting language supported by low-code platforms (e.g., PowerFX). Familiarity with low-code platforms (e.g., Power Platform, Mendix, OutSystems) is a plus; experience in workflow design or front-end integration with RPA processes is desirable. Proven ability to collaborate in diverse, multinational teams, with clear communication and cross-functional coordination skills. Experience working in agile environments, with the ability to adapt to iterative development cycles and changing priorities. Willingness to accommodate flexible working hours, including collaboration across time zones when required.
