RPA DevOps Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RPA Developer with hands-on expertise in Automation Anywhere (A360 and Agentic framework). The ideal candidate will bring strong technical depth in designing, building, and deploying robust automation solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Experience with UiPath and Blue Prism will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere (including 360 and Agentic framework).
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions.
• Build reusable components, frameworks, and libraries for future use.
• Perform code reviews, ensure best practices, and optimize bots for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and IT teams for deployment and monitoring of bots in production.
• Support troubleshooting, maintenance, and enhancements of existing automations.
• Stay current with RPA and AI-driven automation trends, contributing innovative ideas to improve delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of RPA development experience, with at least 3 years in Automation Anywhere.
• Strong knowledge of Automation Anywhere 360 platform and Agentic framework.
• Proficiency in building complex workflows, error handling, and reusable assets.
• Familiarity with UiPath and Blue Prism platforms is a plus.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, agile methodology, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, VBScript, JavaScript, or .NET) preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
