• Collection of technical information about competitors products/substitute available in the market.
• Collection of New trend of Construction/Finishes adopted by the construction fraternity.
• Understanding the wants and needs of customers to separate BW from others.
• Approvals of Birla White and all other products from various groups / govt & other institutions.
• Get the materials tested as & when required.
