Role Purpose

The role involves planning and executing IT General Controls (ITGC) testing, reviewing evidence, coordinating with global teams, and managing mitigation plans for control deficiencies. The position supports global regions (Americas, APAC, Europe) and requires a strong understanding of IT risk management, IT auditing standards, and proficiency in tools like IBM Open Pages and ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities:ITGC Control Testing & Evidence ReviewPlan and execute IT General Controls (ITGC) testing activities.Review evidence provided for ITGC testing and ensure compliance with defined standards.Identify and document control deficiencies and coordinate with stakeholders for resolution.Coordination with Global TeamsCollaborate with global teams across regions (Americas, APAC, Europe) to ensure alignment on ITGC testing processes.Manage time zone differences effectively to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.Mitigation Plans for Control DeficienciesDevelop and manage mitigation plans for identified control deficiencies.Track and follow up on action plans to ensure timely resolution.Risk Management & ReportingSupport IT Risk Management (ITRM) activities by providing insights and recommendations based on testing results.Prepare and present reports for Global Risk Committees (RiCos) and other stakeholders.Tool Proficiency & Process ManagementUtilize tools like IBM Open Pages and ServiceNow for control testing and reporting.Ensure adherence to coding rules and maintain accurate documentation in the tools. Key Requirements/Skills/Experience:Technical ExpertiseStrong knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGC) and IT risk management principles.Familiarity with IT auditing standards and frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO 27001).Proficiency in tools like IBM Open Pages and ServiceNow.CertificationsProfessional certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CRISC are required.ExperienceMinimum 2 years of experience in ITGC testing, IT risk management, or related fields.Exposure to working in insurance or financial institutions is a plus.Analytical & Problem-Solving SkillsStrong analytical skills to assess and interpret data effectively.Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities to address complex challenges.Communication & CollaborationExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Ability to work effectively with global teams across diverse cultures and time zones.Organizational & Project ManagementProven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.Strong organizational skills to ensure timely completion of deliverables. Educational Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
