Risk Management Consultant - India (South Asia)

We are looking to hire a full-time Risk Management Consultant to join our growing team in India. This role is ideal for a security professional with a strong domain understanding and preferable consulting background, a passion for resilience, and the ability to manage high-impact client engagements.

Role Summary

As a Risk Management Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and delivering client-facing projects related to threat and vulnerability assessments, business continuity planning, and broader security risk advisory mandates. The role will also involve business development responsibilities aligned with your expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Threat & Vulnerability Assessments (TVRA) in alignment with ISO 31000 standards
• Lead and deliver Fire Safety Assessments in alignment with NBC 2016 standards
• Design and facilitate Business Continuity Plans and Exercises (As per ISO 22301)
• Provide geopolitical risk briefings and strategic security inputs for clients in high-risk geographies
• Assist in risk quantification, risk register management, and resilience frameworks
• Draft client reports, executive summaries, and actionable recommendations
• Support business development through proposal writing, client presentations, and account growth
• Meet sales/revenue targets commensurate with your experience and seniority
  
  

Candidate Profile

• Experience of 2-3 years in security risk management, with (preferable) at least 1 year in a consulting / startup setup
• Strong knowledge of ISO 31000, ISO 22301 (preferred), and corporate security frameworks
