Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Risk Management Analyst based in Lucknow. The Risk Management Analyst will evaluate company operations to identify potential risks, conduct thorough risk assessments, and develop mitigation strategies. Key tasks include analyzing financial data, monitoring market conditions, preparing detailed risk reports, and collaborating with teams to enhance decision-making processes. The role also involves leveraging analytical tools and statistical methods to provide actionable insights. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Risk Analysis expertise to assess and resolve potential business challenges Knowledge in Finance and Statistics to interpret financial data and apply quantitative methodologies Excellent Communication skills to present findings clearly and work effectively across teams Proficiency in risk management tools and awareness of regulatory compliance standards Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced certifications in risk management are advantageous Attention to detail, critical thinking abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
