In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Risk Management team you will conduct gap analysis and implement process improvements to enhance quality standards. As a Senior Associate, you will partner with delivery teams to monitor project progress, identify risks, and drive initiatives that promote excellence, while developing your leadership skills and contributing to the organization's success.

- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- CMMI or Six Sigma Certification

- Conducting gap analysis and process improvement initiatives
- Utilizing data analysis tools for predictive modeling
- Performing various audits to identify process challenges
- Collaborating with delivery teams to monitor project progress
- Establishing dashboards and metrics for stakeholder review
- Training teams on quality requirements and risk governance
- Identifying improvement opportunities for delivery processes
