Job Description

Position: ERM Analyst

Location: Pune

Experience: 1 to 3 Years


Key Responsibilities

• Aid in the reporting process to governance fora within the business on key risk areas, drawing management information from the GRC system and external sources.

• Produce and update formal powerpoint and excel documentation.

• Aid in the administration of the firmwide GRC tool.

• Prepare materials to support the Risk Reporting Manager’s review meetings and presentation to senior management.

• Support internal ERM processes and procedures ie: maintenance of HIVE and team sites

• Support development of risk related documentation such as risk framework, policies and procedures

• Work in collaboration with other ERM colleagues and wider stakeholders to support strategic risk initiatives

• Ad hoc requests as directed by your People Manager and or from the Chief Risk Officer Skills,


Knowledge, and Experience

• Strong technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint and Microsoft applications, knowledge of coding languages would be beneficial (SAS, SQL, Python).

• Ability to compile data into simple and understandable formats such as dashboards, tables, graphs, for use by executive and production management teams.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capable planner, able to deliver on target with high attention to detail

• Able to demonstrate strong analytical skills and express ideas clearly.

• Self-motivated with a desire to learn. On the job training will be provided, including the expectation that external risk related technical qualifications will be undertaken such as the International Certificate in Risk Management (IRM) or equivalent. This must be started within 6 months of joining the ERM team.
