Profile - Risk Analyst

Experience - 5+ Years in Credit risk

Qualification - Commerce Graduate/ Post Grdauate

Location - Gurgaon/ Bangalore

Industry Prefernce - NBFC & Fintech

Job & Responsibilities :-

• Enhancing risk strategy across the credit lifecycle, including origination, scorecard cut-off management, affordability assessment, limit management, and cross-product pre-approval
• Generating and delivering presentations on credit risk performance and significant trends
• Actively managing the risk and reward balance of credit risk strategy for our portfolio, utilizing internal and external data
• Understanding and developing key metrics to assess the performance of risk strategies
• Participating in anti-fraud rules and AML rules formulations
• Interaction with marketing, collection, reporting, finance, regulatory compliance and IT teams
• Interaction with a financial regulator (RBI)

Skills & Expertise:-

• Extensive experience (preferably, over 5 years) in credit risk for unsecured products (Credit cards, Personal loans, Payday loans etc) and risk strategy development within consumer lending organizations of any type (banks, NBFCs).
• Experiences within the fintech organizations dealing with online lending is strongly preferred
• Experience working with large data sets and using analysis/modeling to drive business results
• Experience with databases (SQL) and MS Excel skills
• Preferably, some knowledge of Python for data analysis
• Ability to converse clearly and concisely in English (verbally and written)
• Ability to deliver results both working independently and as part of a team
