As a Senior Manager in Workforce Compliance, you will serve as a senior leader within Deloitte’s Workforce Compliance practice, responsible for driving complex, multi-workstream engagements, leading and growing high-performing teams, and shaping the evolution of Deloitte’s Workforce Compliance solutions for both internal stakeholders and external clients.
You will combine deep workforce and HR regulatory expertise with strong program leadership, client advisory capabilities, and practice-building mindset to help organizations proactively manage risk, remain compliant amid regulatory change, and optimize workforce operations at scale.

As a Senior Manager in Workforce Compliance, you will serve as a senior leader within Deloitte’s Workforce Compliance practice, responsible for driving complex, multi-workstream engagements, leading and growing high-performing teams, and shaping the evolution of Deloitte’s Workforce Compliance solutions for both internal stakeholders and external clients.
You will combine deep workforce and HR regulatory expertise with strong program leadership, client advisory capabilities, and practice-building mindset to help organizations proactively manage risk, remain compliant amid regulatory change, and optimize workforce operations at scale.
Position: Senior Manager
Key Skills:
- Deep expertise in workforce, employment, and HR-related regulations, and their application to workforce management and HR operations
- Strong capability in regulatory research, interpretation, and analysis, with the ability to translate requirements into practical, business-aligned guidance
- Expertise in performing compliance gap analyses, identifying regulatory and operational risks, and developing actionable remediation strategies
- Advanced program and project management skills, including managing large, complex, multi-workstream engagements
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities, including executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated people leadership skills, including mentoring, coaching, performance management, and team development
- Ability to build, scale, and evolve service offerings, methodologies, tools, and delivery models
- Experience supporting business development, including proposal development, capability presentations, and opportunity identification
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and global stakeholders
- Lead and oversee complex workforce compliance engagements, accountable for delivery excellence, risk management, and client satisfaction
- Provide subject matter leadership in client meetings, workshops, and executive presentations
- Coordinate across workstreams, disciplines, and geographies to ensure integrated and efficient delivery
- Manage end-to-end project execution, including scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and financials
- Develop and manage resource and staffing plans, ensuring effective utilization throughout the engagement lifecycle
- Track project progress and deliverables; review and approve outputs to ensure alignment with Deloitte and client quality standards
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating as needed and removing delivery roadblocks
- Drive the development and evolution of Workforce Compliance offerings, methodologies, tools, and frameworks
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, scalability, and quality through standardization and innovation
- Contribute to practice development and eminence, including thought leadership and internal knowledge sharing
- Lead and support business development efforts, including proposals, pricing support, and capability presentations
- Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts and support pursuit of new clients
- Partner with leadership to identify emerging market needs and shape future Workforce Compliance solutions
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing Workforce Compliance teams
- Coach managers and practitioners on technical compliance, consulting, and leadership capabilities
- Support recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and career development initiatives
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR/Operations/Finance/ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Minimum of 15+ years of relevant experience in industry or consulting in workforce and HR compliance space
