Role Description The Revenue Manager role at EKOSTAY is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Revenue Manager will oversee pricing strategies, inventory allocation, and distribution channels to optimize occupancy and revenue across the portfolio of villas. Daily responsibilities include monitoring key performance indicators, analyzing booking trends, preparing revenue forecasts, and adjusting pricing based on demand, market conditions, and competitor activity. The role involves collaborating with finance, sales, and operations teams to align revenue plans with business goals and ensure accurate revenue recognition. The Revenue Manager will also contribute to the development of revenue policies, support budgeting processes, and provide regular performance reports and insights to leadership.
Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Proficiency in revenue management practices, including pricing strategy, demand analysis, and inventory optimization.
  • Knowledge of finance principles and revenue recognition standards relevant to the hospitality or accommodation sector.
  • Understanding of accounting fundamentals to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.
  • Experience with revenue or property management systems and MS Excel or similar analytical tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and present insights to stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, travel, or real estate revenue management is preferred.
