Job Description
We are building financial infrastructure for the companies that build America. Construction firms, distributors, and building materials suppliers move billions of dollars through systems that were never designed for modern payments. For years, they have been underserved by technology.
We changed that. Payra embeds directly inside the ERP systems these businesses already run on, modernizing payments and accounts receivable inside mission-critical workflows. Our customers rely on us to accelerate cash flow and remove friction from how money moves through their operations.
Now we are looking for a revenue leader who wants to help build what comes next.
We are hiring a Revenue Lead to own and scale Payra’s go-to-market engine. You will work directly with the CEO to drive revenue growth across new customer acquisition, partnerships, and expansion.
You will own the revenue number and the systems that support it. We are looking for someone who thinks strategically but operates like a player-coach. Someone who can build structure and process while also leading from the front.

- Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing outbound sales team
- Establish performance standards, accountability, and culture
- Scale the team thoughtfully as growth accelerates
- Help design and evolve Payra’s sales and growth strategy
- Drive pipeline generation and revenue execution
- Lead deal strategy on key opportunities
- Improve conversion across the revenue funnel
- Establish the operational foundation needed to support growth
- Create visibility into pipeline health, forecasting, and performance
- Align incentives and compensation with company objectives
- Partner directly with the CEO on growth strategy and planning
- Represent Payra at industry events and with strategic partners
- Bring market insights back to leadership and product teams
- You have built or scaled a sales team before, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech
- You have personally carried a quota and closed meaningful deals
- You understand how to build process and systems, not just manage people
- You are a builder who wants to create something, not inherit something finished
- You are comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with ambiguity
- You communicate directly, move quickly, and take ownership
Industry experience in construction, distribution, manufacturing, or financial workflows is helpful but not required.
