Revenue Assurance Specialist

Purpose of the Job

The Revenue Assurance (RA) team is responsible for product setup, including limit frameworks and overall revenue-related configurations within the system. The role also involves ensuring that all test cases are executed and reviewed thoroughly before providing sign-off for product launches.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of business requirements for product configuration and be capable of translating them accurately into system setups. The role includes periodic review of processes and validation controls to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.

Flexibility to work in shifts, if required, is essential. Hands-on experience with SQL, Oracle, and MS Access. 3–4 years of relevant experience

Deliverables

• Analyze products and validation logic to ensure accurate configuration and proactively identify potential revenue leakages
• Ensure business requirements are correctly translated and configured within the system
• Ensure all processes are compliant with internal controls and audit requirements
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with product configurations and process changes
• Quantify, monitor, and report revenue leakages, and recommend corrective actions
• Implement, review, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Support audit and business requirements through timely data extraction and analysis from systems

Major Challenges

• Need to ensure key reconciliation are carried out on desired frequency.
• Implementation of tracker for reporting to be sent back to business teams
• New Product understanding and configuration in the various system.
• Risk to be accessed and controls to be developed for all changes in technology
• Deliveries as per timelines agreed.

• Should be able to execute the controls on the same
• Must possess revenue flow path for all banking products and all systems interlinked to CBS platform.
• Ability to understand business requirement and highlight risk associated with all business changes
• Excellent communications skills
