πΌ Key Responsibilities:
πΉ Training & Facilitation: Deliver engaging training sessions for retail teams on customer service, sales techniques, product knowledge, and company policies.
πΉ Content Design: Assist in creating impactful training modules, presentations, and e-learning materials.
πΉ Onboarding: Lead onboarding programs to ensure new hires transition smoothly into their roles.
πΉ Performance Coaching: Assess skill gaps, provide coaching, and deliver refresher sessions to boost performance.
πΉ Training Evaluation: Track training effectiveness, gather feedback, and prepare reports to measure business impact.
πΉ Collaboration: Partner with HR and Operations to schedule programs, ensuring minimal disruption to store activities.
π― What Weβre Looking For:
β Bachelorβs degree (any discipline)
β 2β5 years of experience in training, coaching, or retail operations
β Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
β Passion for engaging and motivating retail teams
β Familiarity with retail operations, POS systems, and customer service best practices
β Proficiency in MS Office and exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred
