Retail Store Manager

Role Description:

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Area Manager (HQ) to oversee the day-to-day operations of our ISB stores. The role requires strong coordination, ownership, and communication to ensure smooth store operations and an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Oversee inventory management, stock reconciliation, and store replenishment.
• Manage store staff, including attendance, payroll inputs, and daily support.
• Coordinate bulk order planning, fulfillment, logistics, and store deliveries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with ISB stakeholders.
• Prepare and review Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and monitor store performance.
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and finance teams for seamless operations.
• Ensure company SOPs and operational standards are followed across all stores.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Support store launches, campus events, and promotional activities.

Skills:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in retail operations, store management, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good understanding of inventory and store operations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Self-driven, organized, and able to take ownership.
• Focused on delivering operational excellence.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Flexible with working hours when business requires additional support.
