Prime Brands Distribution is looking for an experienced and passionate Retail Manager to lead operations at our luxury perfumery retail chain, Essences De Paris. If you have a strong background in retail management, team leadership, and customer experience, we’d love to hear from you.

✨ Oversee daily retail operations to ensure smooth store performance

✨ Lead, mentor, and motivate the retail team to achieve sales goals

✨ Monitor inventory and coordinate stock management efficiently

✨ Implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility

✨ Ensure an exceptional in-store customer experience

✨ Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally

✨ Train and manage retail staff while maintaining operational standards

✨ Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures

✔ Bachelor’s degree

✔ Minimum 3 years of retail/store management experience in a key role

✔ Strong understanding of retail operations and inventory management

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software

✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

✔ Flexibility to work weekends and holidays when required
