At our store, we are building more than just a pet retail outlet, we are creating a premium pet care experience for pet parents in Meerut. We are looking for a highly driven and customer-focused Store Manager who can lead operations, motivate the team, and help grow the business.

This role is ideal for someone ambitious, energetic, and excited about building a modern consumer brand in a fast-growing industry.

• Manage day-to-day store operations smoothly
• Lead and motivate store staff and groomers
• Deliver excellent customer experience and build relationships with pet parents
• Drive sales and achieve monthly targets
• Handle inventory management and stock coordination
• Ensure store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and presentation standards
• Coordinate customer follow-ups through WhatsApp and calls
• Support local marketing activities, events, and collaborations
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Prepare daily sales and operational reports

• 2–5 years of experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or store management
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Positive attitude with ownership mindset
• Comfortable using Excel, WhatsApp, billing systems, and social media
• Ability to handle team management and customer interactions professionally
• Well-groomed, organized, and proactive personality
• Passion for pets and customer experience is a big plus
