Retail Store Manager

Classic Export Surplus & Discount Sale is an extension of the 30-year legacy of Classic Automotives & Estates India Pvt Ltd, a renowned name as organized used car dealers. The company is now diversifying into the import and export surplus business, offering discounted goods through B2B, B2C, online, and offline platforms. With innovative initiatives like sales exhibitions, e-cart vending, and mobile stores, Classic Export Surplus & Discount Sale aims to deliver value-driven retail experiences.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru for a Retail Store Manager. The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily operations of the store, ensure exceptional customer service, achieve sales targets, manage inventory, and lead the store team. Responsibilities also include ensuring optimal store performance, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and maintaining merchandise displays that drive customer engagement.

• Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and excellent Customer Service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated expertise in Store Management
• Understanding of Retail Loss Prevention techniques
• Leadership and team management experience
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory software
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
