Retail Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise the store team to achieve sales and operational goals.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience by maintaining high service standards.
• Monitor store performance, sales targets, and key business metrics.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, and merchandising standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, promotions, and operational support.
• Handle customer queries, escalations, and resolve issues effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or in a similar retail management role.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have worked with established brands that have expanded into the retail segment.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to drive sales while maintaining operational excellence.
• Proficient in MS Excel and retail POS systems.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
