Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the store team to achieve sales and operational goals.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience by maintaining high service standards.
- Monitor store performance, sales targets, and key business metrics.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, and merchandising standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, promotions, and operational support.
- Handle customer queries, escalations, and resolve issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or in a similar retail management role.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have worked with established brands that have expanded into the retail segment.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to drive sales while maintaining operational excellence.
- Proficient in MS Excel and retail POS systems.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
