Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Retail Salesperson. The Retail Salesperson will assist customers with selecting and purchasing interior design materials like Tiles, laminates, wall panels etc, provide detailed product information, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Daily responsibilities include showcasing products, addressing customer queries, suggesting suitable solutions, and working closely with the sales team to meet targets. The role also involves maintaining product knowledge and staying updated on trends to provide professional guidance to customers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Product Knowledge and familiarity with interior materials such as tiles, laminates, and wooden flooring
• Experience in Retail Sales and an ability to meet established sales goals
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to help customers make informed decisions
• Proactive Sales skills to engage with customers effectively and boost conversions
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide tailored recommendations
• Prior experience in the building materials or interior design industry is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
