Role Description

We are seeking a Retail Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site role at our Mumbai location. The Retail Sales Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers, showcasing product knowledge, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales. The role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining the store's visual appearance, managing inventory, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for every customer.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to engage positively with a diverse clientele
• Experience in Retail Sales and the ability to drive revenue and meet sales targets
• Thorough Product Knowledge, with the capacity to provide accurate and helpful product information
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Customer Service orientation, with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with attention to detail and organisational skills
• Prior experience in the fashion or footwear industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in a relevant field is desirable
