Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Product Planning & Range Management
- Seasonal Range planning –( Sport Retail)
- Planning & track the Store level GM% of Product/ Category as aligned with Business Head
- Store Right product mix (Apparel vs Footwear vs Accessories)
- Follow the Store SET QTY Process
- Store-wise assortment Planning
Category Growth Management
- Store -Weekly & monthly sales analysis (Category / SKU level)
- Store -Drive sell-through % & Monitor ASP (Average Selling Price),
- Identify slow movers , Ageing & push liquidation Call out with Merchandising Lead & Business Head
Store Inventory & Stock Control
- Store Level - Maintain healthy stock cover (45–75 days ideal)
- Replenishment planning & ROL monitoring
- Reduce stock ageing & dead stock
VM & Store Coordination
- Ensure category display standards
- Support new store openings with range planning
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and numerical ability with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good understanding of retail merchandising and inventory dynamics.
- Strong coordination and communication skills to work with Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations.
- Attention to detail with a structured and data-driven approach.
- Knowledge of ERP / demand planning systems will be an advantage.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Postgraduate diploma in Retail, Merchandising, or SCM will be an added advantage.
