About the Role

We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and enthusiastic Retail Sales Executives to join our growing fashion retail team in Vadodara. If you enjoy interacting with customers, have excellent communication skills, and want to build a career in retail sales, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and product displays.
• Assist in billing, stock handling, and inventory management.
• Stay updated with new collections, offers, and ongoing promotions.
• Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Required Skills

• Basic billing/POS knowledge (preferred).

Eligibility

• Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of retail sales experience.
• Experience in clothing, fashion, footwear, lifestyle, supermarket, jewellery, cosmetics, electronics, or any retail showroom will be an added advantage.
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Immediate Joiners Preferred.
