Role Description This is a full-time on-site Product Owner role for the Retail and Commercial Loans Servicing & Back-office solution as part of the Banking ledger products.We are looking with a hands on professional with SME on the wide range of Retail and Commercial lending & advances products offered by Banks in India and overseas. The candidate will be responsible for supporting existing set of clients, product deliverables for new implementations, creating product backlog, inputs for product roadmap, overseeing the SDLC working closely with Engineering, QA and program management teams. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, working as part of the agile development organisation, owning the user stories, related grooming, effective commuication, fit for business testing and keep the product documentation updated. The candidate is expected to stay abreast on the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and existing and emerging best practices in the lending sector. Experience & Qualifications 8 - 10 years of relevant Domain, Business analyst / Product owner, product solutions / implementation consultant experience in Core banking and/or Retail & Commercial Lending software products space.? Some work experience in a banking institution in Loans operations and servicing, and direct end user experience on lending software products would be desirable , though not mandatory.? Candidate must be currently working for a Banking technology and/or software product organsiation in relevant roles . Strong Communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
