Resume Optimization & HR Specialist

Location: Noida Type: Full-time / Contract We?re looking for a Resume Optimization & HR Specialist who truly understands how resumes are screened ? by both humans and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). You?ll help candidates across multiple industries ? from tech, product, finance, consulting and design to pharma, healthcare, core engineering, manufacturing, aviation, aeronautics and more ? present their experience in a clear, impactful and market-ready way. What you?ll do ??????Review and audit resumes for structure, clarity, gaps and impact . ??????Rewrite bullets using strong action verbs, metrics and STAR/CAR-style storytelling. ??????Match resumes to job descriptions using skills, keyword and competency mapping . ??????Optimise resumes for ATS compatibility (format, sections, keywords, layout). ??????Create ATS-friendly resume templates for different roles and industries. ??????Build simple keyword libraries and checklists for common roles (e.g. Frontend Developer, Data Analyst, Product Manager, Finance roles, etc.). ??????Translate job descriptions into skill maps and give candidates concrete improvement suggestions (skills to add, projects to highlight, gaps to close). ? What we?re looking for ?????? 6?10 years of experience in resume writing, HR/recruitment, career services or working with ATS-driven hiring. ??????Strong understanding of job-market trends and role expectations across a variety of sectors (not just tech). ??????Proven ability to turn vague experience into sharp, results-focused resume bullets . ??????Comfortable working with scoring rubrics, templates and repeatable frameworks rather than one-off edits. ??????Familiarity with ATS / resume tools like ResyMatch, Jobscan or similar will be a strong plus. ??????Bonus if you?ve worked as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or career coach and understand how shortlisting decisions are actually made. ??????Should be fluent in the English language (Written and Verbal) ??????Should be able to share previous work
