Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Operations Manager located in Vijayawada.
The Manager will oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, staff coordination, customer experience, inventory management, vendor coordination, and overall operational efficiency.
The role involves:
supervising teams
maintaining service quality
handling customer relations
managing shift operations
improving workflow efficiency
supporting business growth initiatives
The ideal candidate should be proactive, hospitality-driven, and capable of handling a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
- Manage the daily functions of the business
- Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
- Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
- Manage budget to align with goals of business
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Comfort working with multiple groups within business
- Leadership and Team Management skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Handling skills
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making abilities
- Organizational and Operational Management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced hospitality environments
- Experience in restaurant/café/hospitality operations preferred
- Inventory and Vendor Management knowledge is a plus
- Social media/customer engagement awareness is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred
