This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at The Borgo, located in Ludhiana. The Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing schedules, handling customer inquiries, maintaining food and beverage quality, and fostering a positive and efficient work environment.

• Proven expertise in Customer Service and a strong commitment to Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in Hiring, staff training, and team management
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both guests and staff
• Comprehensive knowledge of Food & Beverage management and quality standards
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Prior experience in the hospitality or food service industry is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
