Residential Coach Internship in Manipal

Selected interns will work as Residential Coaches (RCs) at the GenWise Summer Program 2026, held at Manipal University from May 5 – June 1, 2026.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Lead student activities beyond the classroom, games, group discussions, creative sessions, DJ Night, Talent Night, and more
• Build community and a positive campus culture among 80+ students aged 11–16
• Support student wellbeing, daily routines, and safety in the residential environment
• Create a warm, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere that students remember for years
• Collaborate closely with a team of fellow RCs, Teaching Assistants, and senior staff
  
  

This is a high-responsibility, high-energy role. You will be living on campus for the full 4 weeks and playing a central role in shaping the student experience.

The Gifted Summer Program 2024 is a gathering of gifted and talented children from grades 6-12, living together in a residential setting, away from the comfort of their homes and families.
