Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Resident Solutions Architect (RSA) to work directly with strategic enterprise customers and design, develop, and deliver scalable fullstack applications and AI-driven solutions on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
This is a highly hands-on, customer-facing role requiring strong expertise in software engineering, data engineering, AI/ML integration, and cloud-native application development.
The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement skills to build enterprise-grade solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

- API integrations
- Build scalable enterprise applications leveraging Databricks and cloud technologies
- Design and implement:
- Data pipelines
- Data transformations
- AI/ML integrations
- Integrate LLMs and AI APIs into enterprise applications
- Work directly with customer teams and stakeholders
- Understand business challenges and translate them into technical solutions
- Present architecture, solution design, and technical recommendations to leadership teams
- Collaborate with:
- Sales teams
- Product teams
- Field Engineering
- Ensure smooth delivery from pre-sales through implementation and deployment
- Build reusable frameworks, accelerators, and solution templates
- Contribute to best practices and influence future solution patterns
