Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Resident Medical Officer located in Kerala, India. Responsibilities include providing medical care to patients, assisting in surgeries, coordinating with physicians, offering training to support staff, and ensuring high standards of patient care. The role requires efficient management of clinical duties and a proactive approach to patient health and wellness.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Medicine and Patient Care to deliver high-quality healthcare and ensure patient well-being.
• Skills in Surgery and related procedures, including assisting in operations and post-operative care.
• Experience in Working with Physicians to coordinate treatments and provide collaborative care.
• Ability to provide Training and guidance to support staff to ensure the highest standards of clinic operations.
• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and relevant certifications; prior experience in obstetrics, gynecology, or fertility treatment is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster trust and collaboration with patients and colleagues.
