Job Summary

The Research Faculty member will be responsible for conducting high-quality research, securing sponsored research projects, publishing in reputed journals, mentoring research scholars, and contributing to the University's research ecosystem. The candidate is expected to collaborate with academia, industry, and government agencies while promoting innovation, interdisciplinary research, and technology development.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Innovation

• Conduct high-impact, original research in the respective discipline.
• Publish research papers in SCI/SCIE, Scopus, ABDC, or other internationally reputed indexed journals.
• File patents, copyrights, and support technology transfer initiatives.

Sponsored Research

• Identify funding opportunities from national and international agencies.
• Prepare and submit competitive research proposals.
• Execute sponsored research projects effectively.
• Maintain compliance with funding agency guidelines and reporting requirements.

Collaboration & Outreach

• Establish collaborations with industries, research laboratories, universities, and government organizations.
• Participate in national and international conferences, seminars, workshops, and symposiums.
• Develop research networks and partnerships.
