Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Research Analyst with 0.6–2 years of experience to support our US Federal Healthcare business development and proposal team. The role involves identifying and analyzing contract opportunities across federal agencies such as IHS, VA, DHA, and GSA, conducting market and competitor research, and supporting proposal development through opportunity tracking, compliance reviews, and pricing research.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor SAM.gov, GovWin IQ, procurement forecasts, and other federal portals for new contract opportunities.
• Research and analyze RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, Sources Sought, and Task Orders for IHS, VA, DHA, and GSA.
• Prepare concise opportunity summaries, including scope, labor categories, evaluation criteria, compliance requirements, and submission deadlines.
• Track amendments, due dates, Q&A deadlines, and maintain the proposal pipeline and opportunity tracker.
• Conduct market and competitor research using USASpending.gov, FPDS, GovWin, and SAM.gov.
• Support pricing by researching historical contract awards, wage determinations, and comparable market rates.
• Assist proposal teams with compliance reviews, formatting pricing templates, and organizing required documentation.
• Research and identify potential teaming partners and subcontractors based on certifications and capabilities.
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports using Microsoft Excel and other tracking tools.

Qualifications

• 0.6 – 3 years of experience in research, bid analysis, proposal support, pricing, or US Federal/SLED contracts.
• Experience working with SAM.gov, GovWin, USASpending.gov, FPDS, or similar federal procurement platforms is preferred.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of NAICS codes, federal procurement processes, and proposal compliance is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data analysis, reporting, and handling large datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of the US Healthcare, staffing, or IT industry is a plus.
