RESEARCH EXECUTIVE – CONSUMER INSIGHTS

About the Role

We are looking for motivated and analytical Research Executives to join our Consumer Insights team. The role involves supporting end-to-end market research projects, from questionnaire development and fieldwork coordination to data processing, analysis, and report preparation. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy both field operations and analytical work.

Key Responsibilities

Research Planning

• Assist in designing research questionnaires based on study objectives.
• Support the development of discussion guides and survey instruments.
• Coordinate with the research manager during project planning and execution.

Fieldwork Coordination

• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth execution of research studies.
• Prepare fieldwork plans and project schedules.
• Monitor fieldwork progress and ensure adherence to research protocols.
• Conduct face-to-face interviews with respondents (retailers, students, teachers, etc.) whenever required.
• Travel to different cities for project execution as needed.

Data Processing & Analysis

• Perform data cleaning and validation of survey data.
• Prepare data tabulations and summaries using Microsoft Excel.
• Create pivot tables and basic analytical tables for reporting.
• Assist in identifying key findings from research data.

Reporting

• Support the Research Manager in preparing client and management presentations.
• Create charts, graphs, and dashboards in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Ensure reports are accurate, well-structured, and visually appealing.

Administrative Responsibilities

• Maintain project documentation and research records.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of research projects.
• Ensure confidentiality and quality standards are maintained throughout the research process.

Educational Qualification

• Candidates with backgrounds in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Management, or related quantitative disciplines will be preferred.
