Role Objective

The R&D Team at Springreen is the engine of our innovation. We are looking for inquisitive minds who don't just want to use technology, but want to build the "what’s next." You will be responsible for exploring emerging tech, building automation frameworks, and conducting product experimentation to solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Innovation & Prototyping: Build Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and prototypes for new product concepts (e.g., advancing projects like our Natural Hair Care line or CA Flow Board).
Automation Frameworks: Design and implement scripts to automate repetitive operational tasks and data workflows.
Experimental Research: Conduct feasibility studies on new technologies, libraries, and frameworks to improve existing Springreen systems.
Technical Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of experiments, research findings, and architectural blueprints for the development team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Full Stack and Creative teams to integrate R&D findings into production-ready solutions.

Technical & Core Competencies

Foundational Programming: Strong logic in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to break down a vague problem into a structured research plan.
Fast Learner: Capable of picking up new tools, APIs, and frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, automation tools, or AI integration) within short sprints.
Attention to Detail: Precision in data collection and experimental testing.
Discipline: High adherence to professional standards and research ethics.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates pursuing or holding a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Prior experience with Git version control and basic Linux/Ubuntu environments.
A portfolio of personal projects or previous research work is a significant plus.
