Role Description The Research and Development Program Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Patna, with flexibility for some work from home. The role involves designing and managing R&D initiatives that enhance Scrollwell’s training programs and educational offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting research on emerging educational technologies and methodologies, developing program roadmaps, coordinating cross-functional project teams, and tracking program milestones and outcomes. The Program Manager will also analyze data and feedback to refine program effectiveness, prepare reports and presentations for leadership, and collaborate with stakeholders and partners to scale successful initiatives. This position requires close coordination with trainers, curriculum designers, and operations teams to ensure R&D outcomes are effectively translated into practical educator training solutions.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Program Management and Project Management skills to plan, execute, and oversee multiple R&D initiatives.
  • Candidates should possess solid Research and Research and Development (R&D) skills to identify trends, validate concepts, and develop innovative educational solutions.
  • Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, measure impact, and support evidence-based decision making.
  • Candidates should possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Relevant experience in education, edtech, or training-focused organizations is beneficial, along with familiarity with digital learning tools and platforms.
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in education, management, social sciences, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage deadlines, and adapt to a fast-changing educational landscape is advantageous.
