Role Description The Research Analyst role at IENERGY® is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The role involves conducting market and industry research related to EHS, ESG, sustainability, and risk management solutions, and synthesizing findings into clear reports and actionable recommendations. The Research Analyst will analyze quantitative and qualitative data, track emerging trends, and support product and business teams with insights for strategy, feature enhancement, and client presentations. Responsibilities include preparing dashboards, research briefs, and presentations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of global ESG and sustainability standards. The position also includes supporting proposal development, internal knowledge repositories, and benchmarking studies to strengthen IENERGY NETZERO®’s competitive positioning.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Statistics for data interpretation, trend analysis, and quantitative research.
• Industry knowledge such as Oil & Gas, Mining, Power & Renewable is advantage.
• Freshers are welcome provided they have completed their degree. They will be onboarded as Trainee for 6 months.
• Knowledge of application of digital solutions in various industries
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present complex findings clearly, prepare concise reports, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Business, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
• Experience working with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI dashboards) and familiarity with ESG, EHS, or sustainability domains is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, curiosity about technology-driven ESG solutions, and willingness to continuously learn and adapt to evolving standards.
